Payment & Order Policy

This page explains how quotations, payments, order confirmation, and commercial order details are handled.

1. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are those displayed at Shopify checkout or confirmed directly for an approved quotation or commercial order. Availability may vary by country, currency, order value, and risk review.

2. Currency and Conversion

The currency displayed on the website or quotation will apply to the transaction. If your bank or payment provider converts currency, it may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

3. Order Verification

For order security, we may request confirmation of billing details, shipping details, customer identity, company information, or intended use. An order may be delayed or cancelled if required verification cannot be completed.

4. Quotations

Quotations for bulk, wholesale, project, or customized shipping orders may include product price, quantity, packaging, shipping arrangement, payment terms, and other conditions. The quotation becomes binding only when accepted and payment requirements are met.

5. Product and Shipping Confirmation

Before payment for a quoted order, customers should review the product model, frequency configuration, quantity, accessories, packaging, destination, shipping method, and any other project requirements.

6. One-Carton Orders and Flexible Cooperation

We support cooperation starting from one carton, subject to product availability and the packing quantity of the selected model. Larger distributor and project orders can be discussed based on the required quantity and destination.

7. Fraud Prevention

We may hold, decline, or cancel an order where fraud, unauthorized payment, suspicious activity, inaccurate information, restricted transactions, or violation of law is suspected.

8. Payment Confirmation

An order is not considered paid until the payment provider confirms successful receipt. Bank, card, platform, or intermediary processing can affect confirmation time.

9. Cancellation and Non-Recoverable Costs

If cancellation is requested after procurement, customization, packaging, or shipping arrangements have begun, non-recoverable costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
